The Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that idv digital clients receive the appropriate service and product quality.
- Developing the necessary awareness.

Responsibilities

- Manage clients’ accounts.
- Meet clients and gather necessary information to conclude deals and guarantee project delivery based on contract requirements (might require traveling).
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
- Proposal write up and communication with clients.
- Upsell and approach old and new clients for new services.
- Gather leads by calling potential clients, visiting exhibitions and conferences.
- Update project management system and CRM.
- Discuss and brain storm project concept/ideas with the involved team members.
- Reviewing deliverables and client comments on project to ensure best standards.
- Inter-department communication with design, development, social media, IT, and Accounting teams through emails for tasks related to signed or potential projects.
- Follow up on Project with supervisor and present a monthly report of activities.
- Update Client list with their emails, phone numbers and addresses.
- Gather content for Newsletter or Mailing that is sent to clients for new products, offers and newly signed Clients.
- Advise social media team on latest launched projects.
- Updating profile and website with latest products and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
 
Research:
- Researching different industries and understand their needs that fit with our services.
- Gather a list of potential clients and researching what they have in terms of products and what we could offer.


 

Required Skills:

- Experience in digital marketing and development.
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Previous experience in handling clients.
- Ambitious and dynamic.

The Social Media Manager will set the social media strategies, develop brand awareness,

generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. 

 

The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for content strategy, blogging, micro-blogging and community participation leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Manage the social media team.
- Create relevant strategy, plan and content to reach the target audience.
- Monitor and listen to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. - Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, competitions, videos, GIFs, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Design, create and manage promotions.
- Compile reports for management and clients showing results (ROI) and offer recommendations. - Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
- Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews.
- Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. - Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs. - Update clients with new services and future plans.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as required.
 

Required Skills:

- Bi- lingual, English and Arabic with excellent creative writing skills.
- Well-read and has good general knowledge
- Ability to merge both creative side of marketing and analytical side.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms.
- Working knowledge of the blogging.
- Ability to maintain sales relationships.
- Team player that can lead and guide other employees.
- Understanding of technical matters and can pick up new tools.
- Principles of SEO including keyword research is a plus.
- Tools i.e. Photoshop, adobe premiere is a plus.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of photographic and video production principles, practices and techniques. - Knowledge of photography and lighting in a Commercial Studio.
- Knowledge of photographic and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
- Flexibility in taking a variety of images from candid shots to portraits and society images to specific artistic photos.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
