Responsibilities
1. Communicating with clients about their requests and preferences.
2. Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
3. Review all visual content to ensure quality.
4. Generate new concepts.
5. Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
6. Create Mood boards & Style dishes for photoshoots, ensuring they look mouthwatering and camera-ready.
7. Set Shooting Schedules & Collaborate with all stakeholders involved with the project from both internal and external teams.
8. Shaping and implementing the creative direction of the work produced for a given client.
9. Responsible for ensuring that the work produced is in line with the client’s strategy and is appropriate to its brand.
10. Supervise a team of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, web design, production artists social media, content creator, media buying and creative freelancers.
11. Collaborates with team members to ensure that quality produced is up to the company’s standards.
12. Should be the point of contact in all interactions with a client where creative work is involved with the support of the Account manager.
13. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services.
14. Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
15. Liaising with senior management.
16. Evaluating projects in terms of quality, timeliness and required team work.
17. Researching new tools to develop and enhance products.
18. Managing projects and working within a budget.
19. Update project management tool for all tasks.
20. Assisting with other duties and responsibilities as required.
