General Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
1. Manage client accounts.
2. Update all reports. 
3. Be aware of competition
4. Developing the necessary awareness between Potential Clients.
Responsibilities
Detailed Responsibilities:
Account Handling:
1. Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services. 
2. Follow-up with potential clients and signing clients to conclude deal.
3. Meet clients and gather necessary information to conclude deals and guarantee project delivery based on contract requirements (might require traveling).
4. Setting budgets/targets. 
5. Liaising with senior management.
6. Ensuring clients receive impeccable service.
7. Writing proposals and maintaining ongoing communication and follow- up with clients.
8. Discussing and brainstorming project concepts with designers, developers and project managers.
9. Inter-department communication with design, development, social media, IT, and Accounting teams through emails for tasks related to signed or potential projects.  
10. Reviewing deliverables and client comments on projects to ensure best standards.
 
11. Ensure that all company quality regulations are met.
12. Developing a highly organized filing system for each client's account.
13. Reporting and updating CRM & project management system.
 
14. Attend regular staff meeting with his/her team.
15. Assisting with other duties and responsibilities as required.
 
Marketing:
1. Advise social media & web teams on latest launched projects and suggest updates.
2. Gather content for Newsletters, campaigns, website, press releases to update clients on new products, offers and new Clients.
3. Keep track with IDV’s marketing activities. 
4. Updating profile and website with latest products and clients.
 
Research:
1. Researching different industries and understanding their needs that fit with IDV Digital services.
2. Gather a list of potential clients and researching what they have in terms of products and what we could offer.
3. Keeping track of what competitors are doing. 

 

Required Skills:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Excellent in using word, excel & power point (same applies to google tools)
3. Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
4. Previous experience in handling clients
5. Knowledge of web design, seo, development, and media production. 
6. Ambitious and dynamic
Experience:

1. 3+ years experience in account management. 
2. Must have an excellent command of both the English and Arabic language.  
3. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to maintain successful long term relationships with clients.
