Responsibilities
* Communicate with clients to understand their requests, goals, and creative preferences.
* Lead creative direction across branding, marketing, digital, and visual content projects.
* Create graphic content, illustrations, infographics, mood boards, and style directions.
* Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines across different projects.
* Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all visual materials.
* Plan photoshoot concepts, style dishes, and support shooting schedules.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
* Supervise designers, photographers, illustrators, content creators, media buyers, and freelancers.
* Work closely with UI/UX and web development teams on digital experiences.
* Review project quality, timelines, teamwork, and creative performance.
* Research new creative tools, trends, competitors, and visual techniques.
* Manage tasks, budgets, reporting, and project updates using project management tools.
